Most decaf coffee requires a lot of chemicals in the decaffeination process, but the Swiss Water process is completely natural, using water to remove 99.9% of caffeine from the beans! The result is a full-bodied flavorful coffee with clean notes of citrus and chocolate. This coffee comes from regions known for producing beans with well-balanced acidity and sweetness.
*We use a medium roast for this coffee, but if you’d prefer a different roast, just add it to your order notes at checkout and we’ll do a custom batch just for you!
Once we receive your order, we’ll start roasting it fresh in our small-batch air roaster, package it, and ship it out within 2-4 days.
Our coffee bags come with an off gassing valve and zipper seal to ensure freshness.
Our coffee is not certified organic, however we do offer origins that are grown with organic practices.
Coffee beans will stay fresh and maintain their flavor for several weeks if stored in an airtight container or bag.
We recommend storing your coffee beans at room temperature, out of sunlight, and keeping them in something like an opaque, airtight coffee canister or in our zipper sealed bag (like what we sell our beans in).

I’ve been a decaf coffee drinker for over a decade now and this is absolutely one of the best decaf coffees I’ve had. You just don’t get decaf with this much flavor very often.
