Our Coffee

Where does your coffee come from?

We source our coffee from reputable suppliers who work directly with farmers to source the highest quality coffee beans from around the world, while ensuring ethical and fair practices. 

Is your coffee certified organic?

Our coffee is not certified organic, however we do offer origins that are grown with organic practices.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Coffee beans will stay fresh and maintain their flavor for several weeks if stored in an airtight container or bag.

We recommend storing your coffee beans at room temperature, out of sunlight, and keeping them in something like an opaque, airtight coffee canister or in our zipper sealed bag (like what we sell our beans in).

How long will your coffee maintain its freshness?

If stored properly-like in an airtight container, whole coffee beans can stay fresh and keep their flavor for several weeks. We personally recommend using your coffee within one month of the roast date for optimal flavor. 

Shipping & Local Pickup

What are the local pickup options?

We have a few local pickup options:

  • Ridge Lane Farm located in New Paris IN. sells a few of our origins on their website, which you can choose to pick up or have delivered.
  • You can find as at the Goshen Farmer’s market several months out of the year starting in January 2025.
  • We offer home delivery to anyone in Goshen for a $2 delivery fee.

We ship orders out as quickly as possible — typically you can expect your order to be shipped out within 2-4 days of placing your order.

Can I order a subscription item as well as a one-time item?

Yes, you certainly can! Just add the items to your cart as you normally would, and you’ll see the subscription charges listed separately from the one-time charges.

You’ll be able to see exactly what you’re paying today, and what recurring charges you’ll have in the future!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel you subscription at any time ahead of your next renewal date. Just log in to your account, click on “My Subscriptions” and click on the product you’d like to edit.

 

How do I change the items in my subscription?

If you have a current subscription and you’d like to start receiving a different product, you’ll need to cancel your first subscription and place a new subscription order.

Will I get notified before my recurring charge?

Yes! You’ll get an email 2 days before we charge your payment method, which is a great time to make any changes to your subscription if you’d like!

What if I want to change the frequency of my subscription?

If you have a current subscription but you’d like to change how often you receive your coffee beans, you’ll need to cancel you current subscription and place a new subscription order.
