About this Origin

Colombian Supremo beans are one of the most popular and well known coffee beans in the world. The term supremo is used to describe the largest of coffee beans in Colombia. From the Farallones de Cali region of Colombia, grown in the West Andes mountains, only the best ripe cherries are hand picked and then washed in the fresh clean mountain water. Characterized by hints of cocoa and a well-balanced body, this is a very versatile coffee with a smooth finish.

*We use a medium roast for this coffee, but if you’d prefer a different roast, just add it to your order notes at checkout and we’ll do a custom batch just for you!

What’s so special about our coffee?

Small-batches, freshly roasted

We roast your coffee beans the week you place your order, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee. We roast all our beans in small batches and can even customize your roast upon request.

Air Roasted

Our roasting method uses hot air, rather than traditional rotating drums. This allows for complete control over each roast and bring out the amazing flavors in our single-origin coffee.

Ethically sourced beans

The coffee industry is full of unfair and inequitable practices. We do all we can to ensure we are sourcing from well-run farms being paid fair prices for what they produce.

FAQ

How is my order prepared?

Once we receive your order, we’ll start roasting it fresh in our small-batch air roaster, package it, and ship it out within 2-4 days.

Our coffee bags come with an off gassing valve and zipper seal to ensure freshness.

Is your coffee certified organic?

Our coffee is not certified organic, however we do offer origins that are grown with organic practices.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Coffee beans will stay fresh and maintain their flavor for several weeks if stored in an airtight container or bag.

We recommend storing your coffee beans at room temperature, out of sunlight, and keeping them in something like an opaque, airtight coffee canister or in our zipper sealed bag (like what we sell our beans in).
